Still not taken seriously?

Some headteachers still regard Citizenship as a bit of a pain – despite Ofsted’s requirements that they take it seriously.

Want some help to persuade them?

Have a look at the piece in the Summer 2006 edition of Teaching Citizenship. It has case studies from two head teachers from very different sorts of schools. Both heads and their students explain how valuable Citizenship and participation has been to them.

It will also provide you with useful ideas about how to set about the process of persuasion!
